At the heart of Golden Years Relocation is Shayne Fili, one of Omaha’s most lauded female business owners. For over 22 years, Shayne has been creating Golden Years moves for seniors to be a pillar of service excellence, earning a reputation for her dedication to helping individuals and businesses alike. Her expertise and commitment to customer experience have laid the foundation for some of the most trusted and efficient senior relocation services companies in the area.

Shayne’s qualifications are as extensive as her passion for helping others. She attended Missouri Auction School in 1999, graduated from the Certified Appraiser’s Guild of America in 2001, and earned her credentials from the Certified Auctioneers Institute in 2003. Adding to her impressive résumé, Shayne became a USPAP-certified personal property appraiser in 2012 and holds a real estate broker’s license in Nebraska. She is also fully accredited with the Association of Senior Move Managers Senior at the national level.
Beyond her certifications, Shayne is the host of “Beyond The Gavel,” a talk show on KPAO Community Television. This engaging series explores resources and tools that individuals can use when facing life-changing situations like moving due to illness, accidents, or downsizing. Guests on the show, including estate planning attorneys, home health professionals, and relocation specialists, emphasize Shayne’s mission to prepare and guide people through challenging transitions.
